WHAT WE OFFER
We have 7 beautiful divergent rooms with a total capacity of 24 (including sofa beds and bunk beds). There is a spectacular swimming pool (closed during winter - unheated) on top of the cliff overlooking Lulworth Cove where you can have some quiet privacy away from the crowds. We are the closest property to Lulworth Cove and boast incredible views. Breakfast is included for all bookings.
All rooms (excluding the pool room) have WiFi, TVs, Superking beds and en-suites. We do accept well-behaved dogs and children - please see our TnC's.
We do not have parking on site due to our location. Please park in the main car park and walk 2 minutes towards the beach. You will find us on the left. You can pay for a permit directly with us upon arrival.
Room prices do vary depending on the time of year. What is quoted on the website is an average and will change depending on occupancy and extras.

The Coast Room
The Coast Room boast fantastic views on the jurassic coast from the bed and private sun terrace. These 2 double joining bedrooms share a private family bathroom directly across the hall.
The main bedroom has a large TV with excellent wifi signal, hot drink making facilities and superking bed. The second bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space and country side views. The maximum capacity is 4. Please note, the price quoted starts at 150 and will increase per person added to the booking. If you'd like access to the second bed, please select 3 people when booking.

The Cliff
It is a spacious and airy suite with superking bed. Offering one of the best views of Lulworth Cove that you can get, this is our honeymoon suite and includes its own terrace and sitting area. Perfect for soaking up the sunshine in the summer months, or cosying up in the winter. A sofa bed is available for an extra £20pn making the maximum capacity for the Cliff room, 3 people.
This room is our only room without steps therefore best for people with physical disabilities.
The room offers its own entrance, HD TV and ensuite bathroom and private garden area.
The Cliff room is a separate building across the courtyard.

The Pool Room
The Pool Room is a petite glampers room, self contained by the swimming pool. Relax on your private decking area in the sun or under the stars. This room is perfect for those looking for some quiet time with a book or partner.
This room has no wifi, no TV and dogs are not permitted due to the lack of space. You have a double bed, wardrobe, shower, hot drink making facilities and your own outdoor space. If you like the finer things in life, you're best to book one of our large suites.

The Boathouse
The Boat House is one of our most popular rooms and includes two double bedrooms and a small bath ensuite bathroom. The view from the main bedroom is, without a doubt, one of the best of Lulworth Cove! The Boat House is in a separate annexe to the main building, above The Cliff suite. The Boathouse has wifi and TV's with hot drink-making facilities.
The Boathouse has a maximum capacity of 4. If you're booking for 2 guests but would like access to both rooms, please select 3 guest when booking.

Hambury Room
The Hambury Room is named after the old house on the hill (the owner grew up in) which is named after the hill behind it. The main bedroom has fantastic sea views, a double bed TV's and hot drink making facilities. The 2nd room has bunk bed which leads on to the ensuite shower room. The maximum capacity for this room is 4 people.

The Study Room
The Study is the largest of our suites. Guests can enjoy two rooms and a large en-suite bath and walk in shower with double vanity sink units. The living room area has a table & chairs in a bay window with HD flat screen TV, sofa and coffee table. The adjoining beautiful bedroom is light and airy with a superking size bed, second HDTV, full length mirror and a large bay window which provides beautiful countryside & courtyard views.
A sofa bed is available for an extra £30pn making the maximum capacity for The Study room, 3 people.

The Bar Room
The Bar Room is a large suite with superking size bed on a raised level so you can lie in bed and appreciate the wonderful view of the hills in front. This room is not suitable for people with physical disabilities as the bathroom and bedroom have steps.
The sitting room consists of a sofa, coffee table and tea/coffee making facilities. The en-suite bathroom has a bath/shower over with a heated towel rail.
A sofa bed is available for an extra £30pn making the maximum capacity for The Bar room, 3 people.

The Cove Room
The Cove room is located on the first floor and offers super views of the sea, courtyard and the hills of West Lulworth. This ensuite room offers a large shower and separate dressing area as well as plenty of light and amazing sea-views from its large bay window. There is quick access out to the garden which makes it a dog friendly room

Seagrove
Seagrove is a beautiful, modest thatched cottage in the heart of Lulworth Cove. Being a mere 300 meters away from the iconic Lulworth Cove beach and 20 minute walk from the famous Durdle Door.
Seagrove is a private, self-catering holiday hire without compromising on what Bishops has to offer. Enjoy paddling in the swimming pool at Bishops Cottage, then retire to to the privacy and freedom of your own seaside cottage.
Seagrove has 2 double bedrooms suitable for 4 people. There are smart TVs and clothes racks in both bedrooms. There is a toilet on the ground floor and a shower bathroom on the 1st floor. The living room has a gorgeous open fire place, a dining table, room enough for 6, which doubles as a ping pong table. There is also a smart TV, a stocked bookcase and board games area for entertainment.
The kitchen comes fully functional with a fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove, Nespresso machine, blender, microwave and kettle.
BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED WITH SEAGROVE.
