Cancelations & Refunds

We take 50% of the total price upon booking. This is refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the date of your booking. If you wish to cancel before the 48hr deadline you will receive a full refund within 3 - 10 working days. This only applies when booking direct. We have no say or control if you book via other platforms, for example, Airbnb.

Bookings With Pets

All guests must abide by the quiet time policy in which entails all noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. The garden and swimming pool is also off limits after 10pm. This is to ensure all our guests have a peaceful stay.

Quiet Time

We LOVE dogs and do permit them to stay for a £20 charge per dog (2 dogs maximum). We only accept quiet, well behaved dogs to stay. This is to ensure all of our guests have a pleasurable stay. All dogs must remain on a lead when on the premises and owners are responsible for picking up their foul. Dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room but are welcome in the bar, garden and porch. Please be aware that if your dog is loud and badly behaved, Bishops does reserve the right to ask your group to leave without a refund.

Parking

We do not have parking on site. All guests must park in the main Lulworth Estate Car Park.
